young adult CRITERIA
To be part of UCLA's PEERS®program, young adults need to meet the following criteria:

Participants are aged between 18 - 35 years

Need to have proficient skills in the recognition and management of their emotions

Be interested in learning how to make and keep friends, and how to manage conflict and other social challenges.

Have difficulties socialising with peers

Diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1), Anxiety Disorders and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are welcome

Be willing to embrace their strengths and interests to overcome social challenges
-
Must be interested in attending the program and attend voluntarily
-
Must be able to attend every session of the program

Be eager to learn through discussion and games
-
Be willing to get involved and have fun!

Must have a consistent social coach willing to attend the program each week.
